This dynamic program provides a gateway into Lexington Health’s Physician Practice Network of Care, an ideal way to explore diverse specialties, enhance your clinical skills, and discover the right long-term fit. We prioritize flexibility and work/life balance, partnering with candidates to align schedules with their personal and professional goals.

**Candidates should be able to work dayshift hours, be willing to float to various locations across the Midlands every six to twelve weeks and have at least 3-5 days per week of schedule availability.
