*Preferred experience includes full cycle recruiting from job intake through offer and onboarding, with strong skills in interviewing, documentation, and scheduling; health care recruiting or a blend of HR coordination, staffing, and health care experience is strongly desired.

Job Summary
The Senior Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle and act as a liaison between candidate and hiring managers. They are focused on delivering top talent for their hiring managers while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. They must be accessible and demonstrate the ability to take ownership of selection process to successfully manage the recruitment life cycle. Exceptional communication, organization, time management and customer service skills are necessary to be effective in this role.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Related Field
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Years of Experience Related to Talent Acquisition
Substitutable Education & Experience (Optional): In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of experience, the following combinations will also be considered:
An Associate’s Degree with 5 Years of Experience Related to Talent Acquisition;
A High School Diploma or Equivalent with 7 Years of Experience Related to Talent Acquisition.
Required Certifications/Licensure: None.
Required Training: An advanced level of knowledge in full life cycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, successfully sourcing diverse range of applicants, qualifying, interviewing, networking, assessing, salary negotiation, relationship management and due diligence;
Experience required in a setting that requires a sense of immediacy, ability to manage competing demands, receive criticism and constructive feedback, and maintains adaptability and flexibility;
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media tools and Applicant Tracking System.
Essential Functions
- Work with senior management, hiring managers and local Human Resources staff to develop yearly recruiting strategies and search assignments. For search assignments, provides hiring managers with a service-level agreement that establishes clear understanding of items such as position requirements, sourcing methods, cost and task owners.
- Proactively and continually source, develop and maintain an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent. Seeks creative solutions for sourcing candidates that positions the Lexington Medical Center brand strongly in the marketplace and further establishes a culture that promotes excellence and fuels growth. Leverages recruiting resources and tools to identify, recruit and network with candidates.
- Schedule and manage recruiting events; assist with college relations.
- Act as primary communication point with applicants and candidates from initial contact point to offer.
- Lead communication and relationships with hiring managers and interview teams. Provide feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems and processes.
- Work to meet established metrics per assigned business unit or function. Provide insight analysis of reports and makes recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in various HR/Recruiting project initiatives.
- Utilize exceptionally innovative sourcing techniques and leverages technology to find active and passive candidates, cold calling and establish a network of talent and resources through the use of past and new candidate identification tools for both yourself and the influence of use through your team.
- Timely review of applicants who have applied via the Applicant Tracking System.
- Solicit and pursue referrals from business networks and/or internal referrals.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Articulate value proposition from candidates who are interested in the job opportunity.
- Prepare candidates for interviews; providing logistical information, interview schedule and expectations for follow up from the recruiter.
- Conduct professional and thoughtful phone interviews.
- Articulate job offer and drives for candidate acceptance.
- Strict adherences to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth).
- Provide accurate and regular reporting of recruiting activities.
- Proactively and regularly communicate the status of each search to the hiring manager.
- Partner with leadership on business review presentations, which includes regular validation of staffing data.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the employment market, geographic challenges, competition and specific client and industry needs through the use of market intelligence tools.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
